Sales procedures:


The website displays the availability of each product in real time. In the event that the product is not immediately available, the customer will still be able to buy it and the item will be create within 15 days of the order and then shipped, if there are further delays in production the customer will be promptly notified.

Order and Prices:

The customer will have the opportunity to view the products and their characteristics that are described on each product, the object may differ slightly from the displayed photos in color tone, size and shape, as each object is handmade and painted therefore never identical to each other, but rather to be considered a unique piece.

The price displayed on the site is expressed in Euro and includes shipping costs with standard service, unless otherwise specified.

Payment can be made by PayPal system or if requested by the Customer by bank transfer.

PayPal: The PayPal system is a very efficient and secure credit card payment system. The PayPal system allows you to make payments by credit card without any obligation to register. Ceramiche Borgioli” will not, under any purchase procedure, be aware of the buyer’s credit card details which, through a secure connection, are transmitted directly to the bank service provider. For this reason, “Ceramiche Borgioli” is not responsible for any fraudulent and unlawful use that may be made, by third parties, of credit cards and other means of payment when paying for products purchased on its website.

Bank Transfer: Upon request during the purchase procedure “Ceramiche Borgioli” will send the necessary data to complete the transaction. For this form of payment the order will be processed at the time of the actual crediting of the amount to be paid which can normally vary from 3 to 7 working days. The Customer must send the receipt of the transfer by e-mail to: info@ceramicheborgioli.it

Order delivery:

“Ceramiche Borgioli” carries out shipments all over the world relying on different couriers, in order to offer the customer the best service. Once the payment has been verified, “Ceramiche Borgioli” will prepare the order and, as soon as the goods are entrusted to the courier, will notify the customer of the shipment by e-mail .

Any duties and taxes applied by foreign countries are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

“Ceramiche Borgioli” cannot be responsible for errors and/or non-delivery of the order due to inaccuracy or incompleteness of the form reserved for the data relating to the shipment by the Customer, even if it will always guarantee the assistance so that the delivery is successful.

Customer Rights and Duties:

The Customer is solely responsible for the truthfulness and correctness of the information and data provided to “Ceramiche Borgioli” so it is forbidden to enter false data during registration and order. The Customer also undertakes to communicate any changes thereof.

The Customer declares upon confirmation of purchase to have read, understood and accepted the General Conditions of Sale , to authorize “Ceramiche Borgioli” to the processing of personal data communicated at the time of purchase.

Upon delivery of the order, the Customer must check:

-whether the quantity of packages (boxes/packages) indicated on the consignment note corresponds to the quantity delivered

that the packages (boxes/packages) are undamaged, undamaged, unopened, undamaged, unaltered upon delivery. Any complaints must be made via the following e-mail address: info@ceramicheborgioli.it and will be dealt with within a week from receipt.

Right of Withdrawal:

The Customer may use the right of withdrawal without any penalty without specifying the reason , within and no later than three days from receipt of the goods purchased.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication by e-mail to the following address info@ceramicheborgioli.it indicating the identification number of the order and specifying for which products he wants to exercise the right of withdrawal.

While exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer must bear in full the costs of returning the products purchased both if the product has already been delivered, and if, as a result of the shipment already occurred, will be delivered to the customer after the exercise of the withdrawal.

The deadline for returning the product is one week after notification of withdrawal. The Customer must ship the product intact, not damaged, not tampered with, complete with original box.

“Ceramiche Borgioli” will not accept returns damaged or with packaging missing or without the above and in this case no refund will be made and the goods received will be available to the Customer for a maximum of 10 days.

The return of the objects for which you want to use the right of withdrawal, must be made at the following address:

For the Customer who can benefit from the right of withdrawal, “Ceramiche Borgioli” will refund the amount paid by the Customer with the exception of the direct cost of returning the product that remains always and in any case at the expense of the Customer. The Customer will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the product resulting from the incorrect use of the same.
